This notice concerns visitors to aionterra.com and people who contact the project. The operator is YD Emergence Lab, Manas Bulvarı 47, Bayraklı, İzmir 35530, Türkiye. Privacy and publisher enquiries should use the contact details on the Operator information page.
Scientific simulation measurements and visitor information are separate categories. Browsing this website does not make a visitor part of the simulation. Published simulation records must not be treated as profiles of identifiable visitors.
02Information involved in a visit
A web request necessarily includes network information used to deliver the requested page or file. Depending on the hosting configuration, operational logs can include an IP address, request time, requested address, response status, browser information and referring address. These are operational records, not simulation measurements.
The application has no account registration, advertising integration, payment facility, newsletter subscription or user-upload area. On the public website, Google Analytics loads only after you accept audience analytics. Local previews never send analytics measurements. We do not intentionally ask for sensitive personal information.
03Correspondence
If you choose to send an email, your address, message and any attachments are used to understand and respond to the enquiry. Please send only information relevant to your request. Do not include passwords, private access keys or sensitive information that is not needed.
Messages about permissions, scientific corrections or privacy requests may need to be retained with the corresponding response so that the request and its resolution can be documented.
04Optional audience measurement
If audience analytics is enabled on the public website and you accept it, Google Analytics can receive page addresses, page titles, referring addresses, browser and device information, interaction events and network information needed to receive the request. It may use browser identifiers to distinguish visits. Scientific simulation records are separate from this visitor measurement.
Google analytics scripts are not requested before acceptance or after rejection. Advertising storage, advertising personalisation and Google signals are not enabled by this integration. Google processing may take place outside Türkiye; provider arrangements and retention settings must be confirmed before service activation.
You can withdraw permission through Cookie preferences in the footer. This stops further measurement by this integration, clears accessible analytics cookies and reloads a page if analytics was already running. Withdrawal does not undo information already transmitted. Privacy enquiries should use the contact details on the Operator information page.
05Purposes and legal grounds
Relevant purposes are delivering requested pages and downloads, maintaining service reliability, investigating technical or security incidents, responding to correspondence and complying with applicable legal obligations.
Processing must have a lawful basis under the applicable law. Depending on the particular activity, this may include a legal obligation, establishing or protecting a right, or a legitimate interest that does not override fundamental rights. Where a separate activity requires consent, consent must be requested before that activity begins. Reading this notice is not consent to unrelated processing.
06Service providers and disclosures
Web hosting is provided by Hosteva, 764 Sokak No:33 İnönü Mahallesi, Bornova, İzmir, Türkiye. The hosting server is located in Türkiye. Cloudflare, 900 19th Street, N.W., Suite 375, Washington, DC 20006, supplies the edge delivery and security service. Requests to the public domain pass through this service. Email is handled on an operator-managed mail server. Information may also need to be disclosed in response to a legally binding request or to establish or defend legal rights.
No sale of visitor information or advertising-data sharing is implemented in this application. External websites linked from this site operate under their own policies. An external link does not mean that its operator receives site data before you follow it.
07Retention and international processing
Routine logs in the website account are rotated daily, retaining seven rotated files alongside the current active file. This setting covers the site log directory, including its access and error logs. It does not specify the retention of separate hosting-provider records or backups; it is not a guarantee that every copy of a record is deleted after seven days.
Information should be kept only for a documented period appropriate to its purpose and any applicable legal retention requirement. Operational log retention, correspondence retention and incident preservation may differ. A universal retention period cannot accurately describe all of these activities.
The web hosting server is in Türkiye, but this does not mean that all processing takes place in Türkiye. Cloudflare uses international infrastructure. The applicable processing locations, contractual safeguards and international-transfer arrangements must be assessed for the services actually enabled. A provider postal address alone does not identify every processing location.
08Your rights and requests
Where Turkish Law No. 6698 applies, you may request information about whether your personal data is processed, its purpose and recipients; request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data; request deletion or destruction where the legal conditions are met; and exercise the other rights in Article 11, including relevant notification, objection and compensation rights.
Send an initial enquiry using the contact details on the Operator information page, with enough context to identify your request. Identity verification may be necessary, but should be proportionate. An ordinary email is not a substitute for a statutory application channel where the law requires a particular method. Applicable statutory procedures and response periods govern formal requests.
09Security and changes
Appropriate access restrictions and technical safeguards should be used for the information actually processed. No internet service can promise absolute security. If you believe information has been exposed, contact us without sending additional sensitive material or testing systems beyond your authority.
This notice is revised when the actual processing changes. Adding accounts, analytics, contact forms or other services requires a review of the notice and, where required, a separate consent mechanism before use.
