01Scope of the service
Aionterra is a scientific simulation project operated under the name YD Emergence Lab in Türkiye. This website presents project information, measurement records, explanatory material and downloads. It is an observational publication service, not a means of controlling the underlying simulation.
These terms concern use of the website. Dataset reuse is governed by the licence explicitly attached to the relevant dataset. A separate written agreement may govern separately commissioned work or commercial permissions.
02Access and appropriate use
You may browse the public pages, follow their references and download materials made available for that purpose. You must not bypass access controls, interfere with service operation, attempt unauthorized changes, impersonate the operator or misrepresent material as an official endorsement.
Use of accessible information must respect applicable law and the rights attached to it. Permission to reuse a licensed dataset does not provide access to private systems, unpublished files, credentials or the simulation itself.
03Content and interpretation
Measurements represent a defined simulation state, spatial scope and recorded interval. They are not direct observations of a real location or person unless a page expressly and accurately identifies such a source. A graph, counter or visual pattern does not by itself prove a causal explanation.
Project objectives and planned coverage are not promises that every described process is already implemented, validated or available for download. Read the relevant methodology and limitations before interpreting a record.
04Ownership and attribution
The Aionterra and YD Emergence Lab names, product logos, brand presentation and site materials are not automatically licensed under the dataset licence. Third-party material may have separate terms. No trademark permission or right to imply affiliation is granted by a download.
Nothing here restricts rights available under a dataset licence, a statutory exception, or rights in public-domain material. Where a dataset licence conflicts with a general website statement about that dataset, the applicable dataset licence governs the licensed rights.
05Availability, corrections and versions
Pages and downloads may be updated, corrected or temporarily unavailable. There is no promise of uninterrupted availability, a particular publication frequency or permanent maintenance of every link. Record the dataset version and export identity when citing an observation.
Corrections should identify the affected record rather than silently suggesting that a different version was the original. Please report possible errors with the page address, relevant measurement and reason for the concern.
06No professional or operational advice
The website does not provide medical, engineering, environmental-safety, financial or other regulated professional advice. Simulation outputs should not be used as the sole basis for a decision affecting health, safety, property or legal rights. Independent assessment is required for the intended application.
Accuracy and fitness depend on the model, inputs, numerical treatment and limits of the recorded data. No general guarantee of real-world predictive accuracy is made.
07Liability and mandatory rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, materials are supplied without a promise that they will meet a particular purpose. Any limitation is subject to mandatory legal protections and cannot exclude responsibility where exclusion is prohibited by law.
These terms do not remove rights that cannot lawfully be waived or narrow the rights and limitations established by an applicable Creative Commons licence.
08Contact and applicable rules
Questions about website use, permissions and publisher matters should use the contact details on the Operator information page. The operator is based in Türkiye; applicable mandatory law and competent authorities are not displaced by this notice.
Changes apply prospectively where the law permits. Changes to website terms cannot revoke a valid permission already granted under an irrevocable dataset licence.
